Save Our Democracy! was founded by a team of dedicated volunteers united by a shared commitment to progressive politics. Our goal is to activate volunteers for causes that elect Democrats and increase voter turnout. We want to turn the tide toward progressive politics in all corners of America, and we’re asking you to join us.

If you’re interested in volunteer work, but have no clue where to begin, you’ve come to the right place. Our online interface streamlines the process of getting involved. We know that it’s crunch time, and late stage volunteering is critical to increasing voter turnout.

Voters are facing hours long lines at their polling places and Pizza to the Polls is trying to ensure voters stay in line, don't get discouraged and are happily fed while they exercise their right to vote.

Pizza to the Polls was created the weekend before the 2016 election in response to long lines at early voting locations. Since then, Pizza to the Polls has encouraged voters to stay in line by providing pizza deliveries and food trucks with snacks to polling places with reported long lines.
